"Discounts look better than they are"
I ordered from Shoemall because they had a promo code right there on the site and at first I was like okay this actually looks like a decent deal, so I picked out a few pairs and figured I was saving more than I would somewhere else.
Then I got to checkout and the discount was not as good as it seemed because once all the limits and exclusions popped up, a bunch of the shoes I actually wanted did not qualify, which was annoying after already spending time looking around.
The shoes themselves were fine, no real issue there, but shipping kind of ate into whatever savings were left and the whole promo felt a lot less exciting by the end, so I probably would not be in a hurry to use one of their deals again.

The shoes were fine and showed up without any issues, but that shipping cost was ridiculous. Felt like a total rip-off compared to what I was expecting. I’d maybe order again, but only if they stop acting silly with those shipping prices.

I’ve ordered from Shoemall before, and the prices are decent, just not always amazing. I feel kind of embarrassed admitting I almost bought a pair right away, then found them cheaper somewhere else after checking. Some shoes seem fairly priced, but others feel a little high for what they are, and shipping can make the total creep up too. I’d still look there again, but I’d definitely compare prices first.

"A little disappointing, but not a total miss"
I ordered from ShoeMall once, and it was okay, but I was a bit disappointed. The shoes did arrive in the right size and they looked like the pictures, so that part was fine. But shipping took longer than I expected, and the tracking barely updated, which was frustrating. I did get my order in the end, so I wouldn’t say it’s a bad site, just not as smooth as I hoped.

I had an issue with my order and had to go back and forth over a few emails before it was finally sorted out. To be fair, support did fix it in the end, which I appreciate. That said, the whole process took longer than I would’ve liked and was a bit frustrating. Overall, it was okay, but I wouldn’t call it a great experience...

My order took way too long to process. Every time I thought it was finally about to move forward, the timeline seemed to change again, like the goalposts kept getting moved. It was really frustrating waiting around with no clear idea of when it would actually be handled.

I ordered a pair of shoes from shoemall a few weeks ago, and within a day of trying them on I knew I needed to send them back. That’s when the frustration started. The return instructions weren’t very clear, and I remember spending way too much time that evening clicking around just to figure out where the return info was.
After I finally shipped the package back, I expected the refund to show up quickly, but it dragged on for what felt like forever. I checked the status more than once over the next couple of weeks because I had no idea what was happening. the whole thing was more of a hassle than it needed to be, and I don’t see myself ordering from them again

I do appreciate that shoemall carries wide sizes, but it’s kind of annoying how inconsistent it is. I’ll find a style I like, then realize it only comes in regular width, even after I’ve been trying to filter for wider options. Shipping was okay and the shoes themselves were fine, but the whole sizing thing made the experience more frustrating than it needed to be...

"They Fell Apart Way Too Soon"
I ordered a pair from ShoeMall and I remember being excited when I first opened the box because they looked really nice. I even thought they’d become one of those go-to pairs I’d keep around for a while. But after only a few weeks, the sole started coming apart, and I wasn’t even wearing them every day. It was disappointing, especially because I expected them to last a lot longer than that.

"I really wanted to like these because..."
I really wanted to like these because they looked nice online, but the fit was just bad. They were way too tight around my toes but somehow still loose at the heel, so walking in them got painful after about 10 minutes. I tried wearing them a few times to break them in, but nothing changed. Disappointing, and I don’t think I’d order from here again.

"Payment was a mess"
I tried to pay twice and it kept sending me back without really explaining what was wrong. My card works totally fine everywhere else, so I have no idea what the issue was. The whole checkout felt clunky, and it kind of felt like I was just being left to figure it out on my own. After a while I got frustrated and gave up.
