If I could leave zero stars I would. They sent me some shoes I didn't order. The old bait and switch, a photo of some shoes different than what you are sent by them. Steel toed shoes that look different than what I ordered. Im not allowed to wear steel toed shoes at my job. Not cool. You won't find any return option on their website. RUN!

I guess I should have read the reviews on this company before I ordered. The shoes did not fit and they were returned promptly. After many attempts to get a refund to no avail. I then received the shoes back after 8 months later. Customer service stated that I waited too long to return. Where have these shoes been for 8 months? Worst service that I have ever encountered. Never, never buy from this company again!!

I think I got fake knockoffs of the normal shoe I get. Or the quality has gone way down. I get the same work boot’s every 1-2 years. Never had a problem before but this year when I got the boots they start falling apart after only a few months. I contacted shoe mall and they only offered a 60 day return. Last pair I will purchase from shoe mall.

"Hesitant but no issues"
I was really hesitant to shop at ShoeMall after reading reviews here, but they were the only retailer with the shoes I wanted available in my size. My transaction was flawless. I ordered a pair of sandals from a brand I've worn before, so I wasn't anticipating any fit or quality issues. The shoes arrived within a week, nicely packaged, and without any issues (brand new, never worn, no scuffs or marks). I'm very pleased with ShoeMall and will shop there again.

Worst shoe company I have ever ordered from. I returned two pair of shoes. I did not receive my refund for one pair until six weeks later. Regarding the second pair, I received no refund. I have spoken to customer service a number of times but, to know avail. I am never to see my refund. Goodbye forever to ShoeMall.

"Website malfunctions and then they lock you out"
I was trying to buy a pair of shoes but there was some weird error in my address ("illegal" characters in an auto-populated spot; no idea how they got there). Then the promo code didn't load, so I tried again. Their system LOCKED ME OUT for 24 hours due to "too many log-in requests." Well, folks, if your site worked correctly the first time, I wouldn't have had this problem. Customer service was friendly til I got to the supervisor who was incredibly rude and blamed me for trying to "scam" the system.
Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

"Laggy Return Policy"
A shoe company should have a robust return policy. ShoeMall falls very short of that. You have to pay for your item to be returned and then wait 10 BUSINESS days AFTER they receive it for your return to be processed. In the high-tech world we live in today, this is unacceptable.

"Dont use this retailer"
Bought a pair on jan 3rd said it was a wide fit. Was too narrow.couldnt even get foot through opening Sent back after recieving on 9th. Was charged 8$ fee for return. Jan 30th still no mony returned yet My 1 and only time doing business with them, i wont agian.

"Refund Time Ridiculous"
My order was returned to ShoeMall with their shipping label, which by the way, is the slowest return possible. I shipped it back on 12/30 through Fed Ex and it was received by ShoeMall on 01/06. They did not acknowledge my return until January 19 and my account was finally credited on 01/20. The turn-around time was ridiculous from the date of receipt by them until acknowledgment and credit. All other companies I have dealt with credited returns much quicker. Very disappointed with their process. Doubt I will do business with them again. Just beware if you need to return an item of the lengthy return process.

I have a narrow foot. Bot shoes super slim. Were not slim enuf. Sent back immediately. Have not received refund. It been more than 10 working days. Called yesterday. Would have been on hold for 37 minutes to talk to supervisor. HUNG UP!

"Worst customer service ever"
Worst customer service ever. They made the mistake and shipped it to the wrong address but would not give me a refund or reship it to the correct address. Worst company ever. Shop at Amazon. You will receive much better customer service. The rep stated the company made the mistake and the manager scolded him for saying the truth. What a joke. I will not ever recommend this company nor will I ever buy anything from them again.

Very poor customer service. I never got my product, and company refused to issue refund even though shipment 10 days late. Kept telling me to "give it a few more days." Don't buy from them!

"Returns and Exchanges are a joke"
Ordered 11/15 - returned the very same day! No response about the return delivered to them. No replacement. Not even the courtesy of an email or if they even have the replacement size needed in stock. Never will order from here again.

"Don't buy from this company!"
#Shoemall.com, all I can say is this company sucks! As a First time customer, I Placed an order only to receive the wrong shoes. Took me over 30 min to get customer service on the phone. Transferred to a manager where I was told I would not be charged a return fee. Well they lied, even though it was notated on the account. I called back, When I spoke to the supervisor after waiting 30 min, Linda said she would refund the shipping fee...hm the fee that was already supposed to have been refunded with the original refund. All I can say is DO NOT purchase from this company...CROOKS!
